The adjustment scope of TOU price policy is large industrial price users (excluding electrified railway traction power, etc. specially stipulated by the state). The TOU price policy of general industrial and commercial, residential and agricultural users will not be adjusted this time; General industrial and commercial electricity price users shall implement time of use electricity price from 2024, and the specific price and peak valley period shall be formulated separately.
